Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in October. There's spook-tacular fun for all ages with interactive entertainment and mystical adventures, plus tasty culinary treats for you to sink your teeth into. This year’s celebration is full of eerie-sistible entertainment, interactive festivities, and lots of spooky surprises!

A sinister nightfall descends on SeaWorld San Diego with even greater ferocity this year, turning the park into a dark domain where unrelenting frights and shocking surprises lurk around every corner. Rising with more intensity and imagination than ever before, we’re once again claiming our spot as San Diego’s leading immersive Halloween adventure.

Evade ALL-NEW angry haunts, ALL-NEW scare zones, and TWISTED vile vignettes. Seek shelter indoors, only to find you've entered a house of horrors. Quench your thirst for fear with fiendishly delicious cocktails, beer, and spirits at SIX themed bars and FIVE speakeasies. Soak in the monstrous electricity of our famed LIVE show, Monster Stomp; then keep the adrenaline pumping as you dance through the darkness and take on a coaster under the night sky.

Howl-O-Scream is a separately ticketed nighttime event.

Brick or Treat transforms the Resort into a fun-filled Halloween escape with tons of candy, a prehistoric pumpkin patch, not-so-scary shows, and silly monster LEGO characters! This event is included with tickets. It runs on certain Saturdays and Sundays from mid-September through to November 1. It transforms the Park with epic Halloween events for kids – trick-or-treating, live shows, LEGO monster characters, costume contests, themed rides, and interactive builds. It’s one of the biggest Halloween activities California has to offer.

On select Saturdays and Sundays in October*, the season of gradient color comes alive with fascinating wildlife, special entertainment, and culinary comforts. Explore the twists and turns of an autumn maze or chill out with live music and seasonal treats. There’s down-home fun for everyone during Autumn Festival!

From August 21 through October 31, 2026, frightfully fun Halloween Time experiences can be found across the Disneyland® Resort, including Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Downtown Disney® District and the Hotels of the Disneyland® Resort.
In Disneyland® Park, don’t miss the great Mickey Pumpkin return to the heart of Main Street, U.S.A. You might even see Mickey Mouse and his pals dressed up in their new Halloween costumes! Tour Haunted Mansion Holiday inspired by Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas with happy haunts and ghastly seasonal touches.
Don't miss a transformed Cars Land all dressed up for Haul-O-Ween. Mater's Junkyard Jamboree has taken a ghoulish turn as Mater's Graveyard JamBOOree. Then help Rocket rescue Groot at Guardians of the Galaxy-Monsters After Dark. With so much ghoulish fun, make sure you get to the Disneyland® Resort while you can. The Halloween Time thrills and chills wear off after October 31, 2026! It’s time to have the happiest Halloween.

Haunted Mansion Holiday inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas

We are currently under construction while we install a new roof over the Atrium and green our building. We're back to relatively normal operations, with the exception of Level 4 being closed until late 2026. The good news is that the basement is now open with a brand-new experience, Amazement in the Basement, so you still have four floors to explore.

Parking is available near the Museum just off Park Blvd. The Balboa Park Carousel and San Diego Zoo lot offer additional nearby parking. For easy access to Balboa Park’s center, park at Inspiration Point Lot and take the free tram. For maps and additional information regarding parking fees, please visit the City of San Diego’s website.
