Andrew Jacksons Hermitage is a 1,120-acre National Historic Landmark and the historic home of the nations seventh president. Open to the public since 1889 and welcoming more than 15 million guests, The Hermitage invites visitors to explore more than 8 historic buildings, beautiful gardens, scenic walking trails, and the final resting place of Andrew Jackson and his wife, Rachel.
Through preserved structures, immersive exhibits, and guided interpretation, guests gain insight into the complexities of leadership and daily life in the early United States.
