The San Diego Zoo is centrally located, adjacent to downtown San Diego, in Balboa Park. The San Diego Zoo Safari Park is located approximately 30 miles northeast of the Zoo in the city of Escondido.

Parking at the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park is not included in the price of the ticket.
Both visits must occur within 1 year of the date of purchase. Must be used by the same person on any and all days.

Parking: Please allow ample time to find parking: wait times can be lengthy during peak attendance days (weekends and holidays). Parking is not included in ticket price.
Change and Cancellation Policy: No changes or cancellations permitted.
Arrival / Check-in Policy: Check in a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the program, inside the Zoo, at the Animals in Action gate in Urban Jungle.
Your tour purchase with a valid form of admission entitles you to use our exclusive San Diego Zoo Donor Entrance on the date listed above.
Note: Allow additional drive/parking time for busy holiday periods.
Re-route / Cancelled Tour Policy: The San Diego Zoo reserves the right to re-route or cancel any tour due to inclement weather, animal health, or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule you for a later date.
Policy for Minors: Minimum age - 5 years. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must have proof of age. A maximum of two children per adult.
