All tickets are non-refundable/non-returnable. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Ticket package and prices are subject to change without notice. All ticket prices include a 6% sales tax.

Instructions for fulfillment 1-Day General Admission

After purchase, you must follow the link on your voucher to make a reservation for the date you plan on visiting the aquarium. Please plan in advance, as aquarium capacity is limited. Once you receive your reservation confirmation via email, you must bring that confirmation along with your ticket to enter the aquarium.
